The apartment was emaculate and ready to move into. Staff at The Cole were very flexible and helpful during my move. I just recently relocted from a two-bedroom to a one-bedroom unit at The Cole, so have lived there for over 2 years. I couldn't be happier with the facilities, safety and location.

Very nice apartments. Everything is brand new (appliances, floors, GYM equipment). The staff is super nice and extremely helpful. Social events are held monthly from happy hours to info sessions. Overall very satisfied with my apartment and amenities.

I love living at The Cole. The staff is very helpful, professional and friendly. The apartments are very comfortable and spacious! I enjoy having a gym, club house and Internet lounge. The communal areas are also very neat and tidy. Every 1st week of the month Cole arranges the "knowing your neighbors" event, this is really good in knowing our neighbors. The Cole is right downtown Columbus indiana. It is within walking distance of almost everything. Library, local breweries, restaurants, work, etc. The gym is inside which means in the winter you can go train without having to get bundled up and go outside. It has a parking garage so you don’t have to scrape your car in the winter and an elevator so you don’t have to carry stuff up flights of stairs when moving in or just carrying in groceries. I think this is the best option for renters.
